Used to come here every year with my family as a kid. Came back recently and it's just a beautiful as ever. Love the camping spots and water access. Staff is friendly and helpful. We'll be back again soon!
Short two day stay. Clean park, nice bathrooms, beautiful trails. Showers were nice but lacked hooks and a bench inside each stall for easier use. Due to time of year and a bit of inclement weather, we basically had Campground A all to ourselves.
It's was very peaceful and Beautiful/ We're from Texas and decided to just take off for the day, and was definitely NOT DISSAPPOINTED. DeGray is now another favorite we share
Campgrounds are pretty nice! My wife and I stayed in campground B in our 5th wheel RV. The water pressure was measuring around 35-40 psi so we ended up showing at the bathhouse but the bathhouses were pretty clean! Its heavily wooded so there was no using our starlink (I attend online school and my wife works remotely) but you can go to the lodge and use their wifi. Campsites 83-113 have full hookups sporadically so choose wisely.
We had the best time during our weekend stay. The park is clean and quiet. My husband and son enjoyed fishing from the bank. We're ready to book another weekend! The park ranger was so nice and helpful!
