Very nice little municipal park. A real credit to this small town. Swimming access on both sides of the river, plus an elevated wooden viewing/fishing platform. A flat, paved walking biking trail along the river, with lots of wildflowers and picnic benches. Athletic fields further from the shore. Parking is along the entrance road.

Only water & ice vending machine around - located squarely between the bathrooms & RV dump station. Awkward to fill containers, but what are you going to do? Stare at the nice mural while you wait - Olé!

The play area is very simple, it has just three swings and two rocking horses. There are bathrooms and a nice walking trail around the park.

Great spot for a picnic or just stretching your legs. There's large open grass field, mature shade trees, picnic tables, trash cans, a deck overlooking the Rio Grande river, and a paved riverside path. The restrooms were locked on a Monday afternoon in late March but there is a gas station 1/2 mile south.

The river at this area is beautiful with the walking path and bridges. The adjacent park is so lovely.
