No table's with spots built for your tent. Some jerk left their garbage up here so it's all over the place now.....idiot! It's a pretty easy hike to get here from highway 3 but the bridge at the beginning is washed out so you have to walk a tree across the river and there's a couple other washouts to deal with as well
Nice short hike, a little over an hour from the highway to the campsite. Cool old truck and boarded up abandoned mine shaft to check out along the trail.
There are 2 tent pads on a small cliff overlooking the river, but there are a few sandy areas around where you can pitch a tent. It is amazing camping spot after a 4km walk from Sumallo Grove.
Basic back country site without extensive hiking.
Small background camping site set up properly (food box, table, tent areas), surrounded by wonderful nature!
