Haters gonna hate, but I love this place. It's an open venue in the middle of a congested city. The bathhouse is a little outdated but clean and functional. The showers have been updated with lots of hot water and heat. The price is at a reasonable monthly rate any higher and I would go to KOA.
This place is not a park it is a dump. Beware, pictures online are not what it really looks like. Laundry room filthy. One machine has stagnant muddy water in it. Dryers do not heat. Trash blowing all over. Some electrical outlets are burned up. Worst place we have ever stayed in our 22 years of travel! I do NOT recommend this nasty place.
I am so thankful for all the help they gave me, especially before the snow storms that recently just blew into town. This place is a life saver when you are in a pinch. I never used the washrooms or laundry, although it's available. The building where those are is....extremely out of date, and I was honestly not comfortable using them.
Keep looking. For $60 a night you get pedestals with wires hanging out, long term residents that don’t maintain their lots and everything on the property is in disrepair. 10 showers and only one works. The messiest laundry room I’ve ever seen, an empty pool, a sun deck that is locked. When at the dog park your view across the river is of homeless people in tents. Definitely not worth $60 a night.
One star only because 0 is not possible. I simply can not believe the amount they are charging for this I will add pictures. Appalling but obviously there is a reason they are the only park in area with spots available. Enter at your own risk if you can find the actual entrance through the rubbish!!
