Devil's Elbow Fishing Resort

Stayed in the water view cottage for three nights and had a relaxing time. Wonderful after a busy week in Orlando - nice and quiet. Cottages were clean, well stocked, and with efficient AC. Kitchen was big enough and well stocked enough to cook meals. The family who own and operate Devil’s Elbow were lovely and made us feel right at home. We used the pool which was clean and heated, as well as spending a lot of time by the boat launch, talking with the family and staff. Our toddler loved sitting by the docks, where you can see sea turtles, dolphins, and lots of fish. Great place to stay if you’re looking to be close to grocery stores, local restaurants, beaches and downtown. Thank you for a relaxing time!

We reserved a boat online, told them how many were going, and was all good on the phone. However, after arriving, it was a whole different story. I do NOT recommend this place, and the people are rude!! Spend your money elsewhere. There are lots of better places all around St. Augustine. This review was based on boat rentals, not the rooms.

The facility looks nice but they don't allow PWC. They said they had too many issues in the past with stupid people. I can understand that, I see them on the water all the time but why not just ban their registration numbers rather than ban all of us responsible riders? In any case they charge $10 dollars to launch and $5 dollars for additional car parking.

My husband and I went here again and it was completely amazing! We stayed in a water front cottage and fished our hearts out from their peer. This place never ceases to amaze me :) here are a few pictures I figure you guys would enjoy 🐢 🐠 . 10/10 highly recommend 😉 and yes a sea turtle swam up to me. I so wish I could post the video!

Bait & Tackle shop has a great variety of needed supplies to help your fishing trip. Great staff. Didn't stay overnight so can't comment about the rooms.
