We stopped by in the winter when there was snow and explored a bit on foot. We immediately planned to come back during the summer. Looks a like a nice place to camp!

This was our first time camping at Diamond, and we loved it. The facilities are very clean and each campsite is well appointed. The bathrooms and water are really convenient, and the discovery trails are awesome.

The campsite itself was pretty nice. Bathroom situation was slightly rough and it was a decent walk to the nearest water spicket but we enjoyed our stay. Tried getting in the river and, even in the summer, it was freezing, but enjoyed it nevertheless. Also doesn’t get too hot or cold at night, which we appreciated.

We love this campground! Today we did spot 55 and it was nice and secluded from everyone, at the end of all the sites. We had a cool tree that had fallen with a trunk that the kids loved to climb. Update: We were at campground A17 and it was the worst one on the site. We now know why no one took it! There was no shade, and hardly a place to park. Please see pics to decide if it's worth your money. It wasn't to us! The only good thing is that it was close to restrooms.

Updated: We went again this year. Still love this campground but please be aware that there are black bears in the area!! We had one come through our site all weekend and were super surprised when we went to throw our trash away and everyone had left their trash on the side of the trash bins instead of putting them INSIDE the empty bin! BE RESPONSIBLE CAMPERS PLEASE and throw your trash away properly to avoid issues with bears. Great campground. Loop A has the best spots for shade. Easy access to the river. Camp hosts were wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. Will return.
