Disney's Wilderness Lodge

Overall, our stay was very good. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming, creating a great first impression. The rooms were comfortable, though we did notice a questionable stain on the sheets on our last day (towards the bottom). The ice dispenser on our floor was out of service for the entire three days we stayed, which meant having to go to the 3rd floor for ice. While not a huge inconvenience, it wasn’t ideal. We didn’t request housekeeping service during our stay, but the housekeeping staff was so friendly and hospitable. Whenever we needed anything and saw them in the hall, they were quick to help and made us feel as though we were guests in their own home. The hotel was especially beautiful during the Christmas season, adding a festive charm to our visit.

A good hotel located a short boat ride from the Kingdom. Our rooms were clean and well maintained. Housekeeping did a good job. Customer services staff was helpful and attentive. Three restaurants on the premises have enough options to satisfy everyone. Lots of impressive aesthetics. Small arcade with kids video games. Large gift shop that also stocks some basic food items, like lunch meat, eggs, and cheese. In ground wading pool outside. The only area for improvement would be to add some interactive children’s entertainment.

I enjoyed my first stay here. The staff is always friendly, as is the case with all the resorts. It's this consistency that I appreciate. Also, the parking spaces in their lot are a little more spacious in comparison to the value resorts. All in all, I enjoyed the overall cozy vibe and attempt to connect to nature with their theme. Would return!!

We’ve just returned from our second stay at the Wilderness Lodge, and it was every bit as wonderful as our first stay. The hotel grounds and rooms are meticulously cared for, the rooms are quiet and well stocked, and cast members are friendly and helpful. The boat ride to the Magic Kingdom is just one of many extra touches that make the stay memorable. I highly recommend the club level if the budget allows. I’ve stayed in the club level at other hotels and can honestly say this one is worth it.

Overall an amazing vacation. We had issues with two rooms here and had to really ask multiple times for help and solutions. Once all that was fixed we had the best time. Everything about this resort is wonderful. I’d come back for sure!
