Really great campsite. Stayed here with our tent on a Friday night and it was busy, mostly RVs, but there were plenty of spots still when we got there mid evening. Early October so the weather was colder but not bad if you are prepared. First off the best part is that it’s free! Next, very convenient and safe location (right up the road from Bryce Canyon visitors center), beautiful scenery, and the spots are enough distance away from each other. We found a great spot at the end off of the main dirt path after the pond, big enough for our puppy to run around and with a large fire pit. Plenty of wood, may have to wander off to find it though. The stars look amazing at night. Some reviews say no service, but there was good service where we were, which was higher up. One thing to consider is that there are coyotes in the distance and you can hear them howling several times in the night but as someone from Tucson we are pretty used to that, normal for out west. Speaking of animals, there are very friendly cows that wander around the fields. Saw one at sunrise when we were leaving shown in pic below.

Perfect for my overnight camp spot. Beautiful location, other travelers are there but not close. So it’s private but you’re not alone. Previous campers had left firewood, nice of them 😊. Had a beautiful fire. A Great location to see the full moon. Verizon was great. Access mostly dirt road but not bad. I’d stay again in a heartbeat. So close to Bryce and Kanab. I love this area.

Large, medium, and small spots throughout. The road isn't paved and becomes a little rough the further back you go. Plenty of room, with phone service and 4G. About a 10 minute drive from Bryce Canyon visitor center

Ooh red hot ants that bite in some spots, so be sure to check the ground good before setting up camp! Other wise, it's amazing. Been here 3 days so far.

Fantastic place for dispersed camping. Lots of camping spots, clean, feel safe, quiet, very close to Bryce Canyon NP, cell service, primitive camping. Roads are not bad, pretty smooth even for large campers. One of the best areas I have seen.

Perfect dispersed camping, close to Bryce Canyon, plenty of space for large rigs. Most roads are good for all vehicles. Clean, safe, no road noise.

Really great area if you pay attention to the road and your clearance. Saw 20 RVs amongst the sparce pine trees with beautiful open areas. You need to stick to the many already camped at sites. Could spell trouble with muddy roads with rain I believe. Your only 15/20 minutes away from Bryce Canyon town and it's free shuttle system I highly recommend. In town RVS can only park at a few select places before you reach the National Park check in gate. If your capable you must either hike the rim or better yet a short trail dropping into the canyon. Warning ⚠️ the hike out is work. My Rv is a 30 ft. Class C and Verizon coverage 2 to 3 bars. Ps, unless your staying put, no reason to travel all the way out to Tom's Best area. This spot was like 7 minutes from the main road on the right. Stayed again May 2025 and was just as nice. Since it was Memorial weekend, there were a few more campers, but still had a choice of 5 to 6 places in the first loop on the right. However, they? cut a deep ditch turning off the main dirt road. Looks like everyone managed it fine. Someone placed some logs in it 😄

Fabulous, dispersed camping! It has become one of my favorite places to stop! It is peaceful during the day and at night. The scenery is great, the sunsets are awesome and even in below freezing temperatures, I am adequately warm with an additional blanket. My last day, it snowed. Just a dusting on the ground to make it prettier. I felt comfortable sitting outside my van in my chair enjoying the environment, resting from each day hiking Bryce or Red Rock or reading. There are no facilities, but a couple of miles east, there is a rest area stop with toilets, a dumpster and trash.
