Doe River Landing

Very nice camp ground. We are going back for sure. Even though I wanted to give it 4 stars for two reasons that impacted us they will not bother most and want to use from going here for another long weekend. The river is awesome, grounds are nice and clean. The only two thing that we would change is making it easier to get to the water at each site. And sewer hook ups. They have a dump station that seems to be lower elevation the the camp sites so I would love that to have been installed. We like to wash dishes and take good showers so a long weekend will be the most we will do here. But great place for anyone looking in the area.

Doe River Landing was a great experience all round. We were greeted as we drove in. We were in a 30' RV and the dump station was our first stop. The area around the dump station was clean and there was a portable dump tank available too. Moving to the camp site we had Site 1. It was very easy to get into and had water and multiple shor power/electricity options. There is a small path leading to a nice view of the river. The sit also had a picnic table and a fire pit. The Park itself has great facilities. There is a nice children's play are and also multiple areas for a get-together. The wifi was also excellent. All in all I"d really strongly recommend Doe River. Watch the turn in if you are coming from NC, it's sharp. Also You need to ensure you go right to the last entrance! Bonus - uber eats delivered here too!

We had such a wonderful time on our family camping trip this past weekend!!! Could not have asked for more and we were so pleased with your beautiful campground. May see you Thanksgiving weekend.

Great location next to the river. Everything is new and set up for your comfort. (Ardinback chairs, playground, trails, fire pits) While your staying here for $5 each visit Backyard Terror where they make the dinosaurs 🦕 (child friendly)

We had such a great time here. Clean camper rental and very nice location. Will def be back in the summer!

We camped out for a few days over Easter weekend in our 5th wheel and absolutely loved it. Such a nice area and really nice owners. We especially enjoyed the playground area and appreciated the nice clean bath house. Loved having access to the toy barn and river trails as well. We will definitely be back!

Doe River Landing was such a pleasure with only 6 RV sites all right on the Doe River. Everything is new as of June 2025. Its landscaping is beautiful, nice trails up the river, a swimming hole, a pavilion and a playground for kids and adults! Highly recommend it.

We loved this campground. The bath house was very nice and always clean.Loved site #1 with the river right behind you to enjoy and very shaded. Small and beautiful campground but made it very peaceful and enjoyable time. We will be coming back. Even though it says TN it’s right outside banner elk.

This is the best RV camping spot; you have fishing right there out your back door. door. The hiking is amazing too. It's quiet and they have many different games to play around the camping lot. The bathroom is HUGE and very easy to shower in. The owners are extremely nice and make your stay pleasant. It's worth checking out!

Stayed in cabin #9 for a Bristol race, it's about 30 minutes away. The campground is amazing, loved the amenities and the access to the river. The cabin was perfect, bed was comfortable and it was super clean. We had the best BBQ ever which was located about 3 miles away and had a fire in the fire pit. Definitely excited to return to enjoy more time here in the cabins!
