Very expensive for beach and pool for the afternoon 20$ per person and we are over 65. No access for handicaps at the pool so we headed for the beach, same thing. No handicap access for bathroom. Water at the beach smelled fishy. The person at the reception was rude and not a smile. Never going back. The Domaine des rêves is 10 times better.
The staff were great my family was welcomed and we enjoyed our stay. Ot was a little crowded but still for a busy weekend we still had enough space for our picnic 😀
We went for the first time to a campsite to spend the afternoon and the kids had a lot of fun playing on the beach and the pool. It's a huge place full of camper trailers, portable houses and tents. You have to drive carefully, children are playing and running around the streets.
Camped here with the intention of having a beach day. We were setting up a mat on the sand to lay on when a lifeguard came over to inform us that lying on the beach is not allowed LOL. The sand is reserved for kids to play in. There is a lot of sand and maybe 20 people here. If you want to lay down it has to be on the grass areas where there is zero sun... Don't waste your money paying for this beach if your intention is to have a nice day sunbathing and swimming.
Gave them several chances to rectify our booking situation which was misleading on their part. Unfortunately I spoke with two employees at customer service who didn’t care at all about what I was saying. One of those employees also agreed that several people complain about the exact same thing. I am confused as to why they haven’t fixed it if that was the case? I know many people who go there often. I would not recommend this place and after reading the recent negative reviews… I understand their frustrations. It’s unfortunate a company like this doesn’t care much for their clients and has a horrible customer service. *** EDIT*** Direction asked me to email them to rectify situation like they do on every negative post. Clearly they just do that to look like they care. Haven’t heard back from them.
