I appreciate the great service that I received at the visitor center. I did not know which kind of pass that I needed to camp in the wilderness area. Now I know. It's only $10 per night to camp there and there is an outhouse right at the entryway to the wilderness area which is so convenient. I really love this place and I appreciate the professionalism and the helpfulness that I received from the Don Pedro employees. They are great people and easy to do business with.

We just passed by yesterday, the service at the door entry is super nice, provided us pamphlets and information. Recommend. Nice quiet safe area to camp and get the boat down. Nearby also Beautiful vista point.

I have never been here but someone attempted to fraudulently use my debit card at this location and after notifying Don Pedro staff they informed me they had identified the transaction and notified their staff to prevent anyone from processing. That is pretty amazing in my book and if I ever visit CA I will have to go to Don Pedro Recreation just to say "thanks"!
