Very cute campground, clean bathrooms, clean and well kept TENT ONLY sites, nice little swim beach with beautiful view of the mountains, no dogs allowed on the swim beach which was a bummer for us because we went hiking and it was hot and I couldn't leave my pup in the car. But nice little day trip for us as a stop by on the way home.
We go there to swim, nice shallow area, rocky,no sand. Lots of picnic tables scattered amongst the trees. Out house. Dogs have to leashed.
Nice place to relax and swim. Only there is not enough room with all the boats pulled up near the beaches. You have to share space with many others. Most people are nice and met some nice folks there.
Gem of a place... 7 campsites.. Hiking in area..
If kindness killed, you would be safe forever with this camp host! I've stayed in dozens of campgrounds and never met such a cantankerous person. She needs a different job- I think Prudhoe Bay needs a camp host.
