The hotel is clean clean! Warm cookies when you check in!! Great rooms. I got room 406 My TV welcomed me with my name and it was very nice!!! Great lobby music!!! Free lemon water and great lobby to hang out in.. Lobby bar is top notch!! Great bed Great pillows The heat and ac worked perfectly and quickly.. Great bathroom, but it only had high-quality small towels.. The shower had super hot water, just not much pressure... Big smart tv... Mini fridge with a few free waters, coffee, and tea... The bar was open until 11, happy hour from 5-7pm Kitchen until 9 or so.. Great music in the hotel, too, did I mention that ??? Horrible parking situation...on weekends people from other local events park here, making it not so much rock star parking.. Made the arrangements for free breakfast, as you can see in my pic.... and was told it was $17 per person....showed my reservation, and they took care of me... I'll be back for sure!!!

Front desk staff extremely kind and accommodating! Every part of the hotel was clean and smelled great. The rooms were fully stocked with toiletries and towels as well as a safe and iron in the closet. Beds/pillows were very comfortable, ac worked great, nice TV and good Internet connection. Overall I genuinely enjoyed my stay here. Its a very nice, walkable location to St. George Street and everywhere you want to sightsee. We stayed for 3 days and never drove once; everything we needed was right there! Highly recommend if you want a safe, accommodating, and walkable hotel at a good price! The only thing that I can even think of to criticize is the noise from the hallway can be loud, so if you're a light sleeper then bring earplugs. However the noise was not enough to keep me from resting peacefully. Overall this is your best option!

Great location be prepared to walk. But the staff needs training or just not prepared. I was not greeted as a diamond member. Also no diamond benefits it’s at the hotel out than a $15 dollar credit on a $17 dollar breakfast buffet. I used my annual free night here but this hotel is not a good representation of the double tree brand not worth $1000 dollars a night. Just a basic hotel in a great location. I would not spend another night here again when back in St Augustine

We had a great stay. The staff was awesome. A sweet surprise was how good the dinner/bar was. I never thought that it would be an important part of our stay but it was. The food for dinner was made just right and the bartender knew how to make a drink. Something you don't find very often. From our check in to our check out the staff was more than accommodating, they made sure when we asked for towels (or anything else) they were in our room when we got back. (We chose to not have our room cleaned everyday, wasn't needed) The only thing that was a negative, was breakfast. It wasn't great. But, you can walk right up the road and get something if needed. My 5 stars should be a 4.9 just because of the breakfast. I would definitely go back.

We had very mixed feelings about our stay here. We've known Double Tree/Hilton hotels as being a decent place to stay. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very kind. Surprisingly, there was no microwave in the room and no laundry capabilities on site. The continental breakfast offered is not free. Neither was the parking. (Not typical for hotels of their stature!!) There is a small restaurant and bar indoors that provides very basic drinks and meals. Ken, the bartender, kept us smiling, tho. Thanks, Ken!! Though we tried to enjoy those amenities, we ended up going out to eat for dinner. In any event, we did have a nice stay but would probably look for other options for the price point.
