One thing this place desperately needs is communication. We're moving to Kenosha and are moving truck is running a day late. The night before our departure I called and said I would need my room and additional day and the man at the front desk said there wouldn't be any problem. I go downstairs the next morning to renew my room keys and they said they didn't have any rooms available and they were booked full and I couldn't stay. But the girl at the front desk went to work and moved a few things around and she found me available for the night. She was a godsend. The rest of the staff is very helpful and courteous. They certainly like to keep clean rooms.
Wanted to check in 45 minutes early to drop off bags quickly before our appointment. They said I'll see if a room is ready and I would have to pay an early fee. 4 cars in the parking lot, and I stay at this place 3-4 times a year. The walkways from the parking lot were not shoveled. I'm a Hilton honor member. I guess I'll be finding a new member ship.
Directly across the street from the outlets. Always clean, safe, and quiet. Diane at the front desk is amazing. Always so kind, and friendly and goes out of her way to make you comfortable. Stan at the bar is polite and great service. I look forward to our next stay.
We stood at the hotel for 3 days. Everything was pretty nice and the restaurant was good as well but, to our surprise I left my apple charger at home so I asked the front desk if they had one available and they only gave me the cable. So we ran into one of the young ladies that service the rooms and she asked us if we needed anything and my wife said yes, I forgot my cable charger and would like to see if there may be one in lost and found. The young lady by the name of Sarah stated that they normally just leave them at the front desk. The front desk did not have any with the power charger. The young lady Sarah gave up her charger and to put it in my wife's hands and said "you can use mine". She was willing to go without her charger to accommodate a guest. The only thing she said was please return to the front desk when you are done with it and you could use it as long as you need it. This is what you call service at its best and that came from a young lady that provides services to every room. I will be back again in 3 weeks to thank her again. Thank you Sarah from Janet Liciaga
This was my 3 day staycation. I live in the area. The First day I stayed with my boyfriend. The other two days I stayed with my two teenage daughters and 6month old. We had one day with the pool open. I asked for housekeeping to clean clean my room after day one. We accumulated a lot of trash from food and shopping. It did take till about 3pm for the clean but they did. I got food vouchers (breakfast rate included in daily fee) and the weekend staff at the resturaunt were great. The chips and food were a rare great find. The Monday morning staff I felt like I was intruding asking to order breakfast. They also didn't give a drink carrier and set my drinks in the table like they were ticked off with eachother. I think they should have a separate menu for people who include their breakfast in their price so charges don't ever happen. With 3 kids and two adults the last thing I wanted to worry about was what to feed everyone for breakfast! And if they'd actually eat. There seems to be the game telephone as far as what you can and can't order for breakfast and how much you're allowed to spend. I think one meal and a drink is breakfast. I could be wrong.
