Customer Reviews
Camp host is a wonderful human and the spaces are pretty far apart. Cute creek with a swimming hole. 3 free nights a month with your discover pass. Super clean restrooms and really peaceful on a weekday. Weekends are busy!!
Pretty nice and quiet place just north of town. I'm currently here 2 out of the 3 nights we're allowed to stay in a 30 day period. The Campground Hosts are nice people. The campground is very nicely setup and clean. The weekend can get pretty busy during the summer, first come fist served bases. Will stay again in the future if need be. 🤠 It's $11.50 for a day pass or $40 for the season.
Beautiful campgrounds highly recommend. Be very cautious if accessing the creek not adult friendly. Kids has a blast though splashing. Staff was very pushy and insensitive. Highly recommend. Some sites are off kilter. We roasted marshmellows. Great time.
NO WATER! Make sure to bring all the water you need or filter it from the creek because the water spigots are not currently operational. Other than that it was a pleasant night of camping. Campsites are fairly spread out. If you want to stay for the weekend plan on getting there early. I took the last spot at 5:30 pm on a Friday night and there were at least half a dozen cars that came afterwards who were unable to camp.
It was great, all quiet and pieceful until we saw this full size van full of kids pull in and the adult female driving with her head pretty much hanging out of the windows. Non stop yelling and screaming, mostly from the adult female, the worst part is it's extremely foul and vulgar. She could make a truck driver blush, any old sailor would be embarrassed. Kinda ruined the whole experience. The worst part is mostly all the cussing is at the kids, then half of the kids are cussing too. Kids ranging from 8-15, and I think they are all girls. Sad and disgusting.
