Went in winter for free camping. Could not find any interesting reason to stay. Because snow was falling I was afraid of becoming stuck there. Cooked lunch and left. Probably wouldn’t go back. More for equestrian use. I should have done more research but I was eager to camp somewhere- anywhere.

We park our trailer here and ride down into otter Creek usually several times a year… We have stayed here but onlya couple of times . Always quiet except for big weekends, like Labor Day etc. Good facilities, ton tons of corals for horses lately the water has been off though

I am an equestrian and have camped at Dru Barner many times and enjoyed its beauty. However, this time I was sorely disappointed with all the non equestrian campers using camp sites set up for horses with the pipe corrals and larger parking spaces for trailers when there were perfectly beautiful camp sites for non equestrian campers. They are using the pipe corrals to hang their hammocks in or set up their tents in! Also, extremely sad to see all the trash and abandoned vehicles along the trails and even a very large trashed rv in camp. I'm not sure if this is covid related or just a sign of our country falling apart, bit something needs to be done!

A very spacious campsite that is only $8 per night. Also a great place for horses. Not enough bear boxes for the large number of campsites. I'll definitely come again in the future.

Best place ever, off the beaten path and down a one lane road, it was a blast 💥 horse campground, many people with dogs on leashes also. Very quiet campground ⛺️ happy camper!
