Drury Inn & Suites Grand Rapids

We stayed here on NYE 2024- it was packed! Regardless, the staff was outstanding! The pool was crazy busy but they kept the towels filled. The FREE dinner and drinks had a line all the way through the lobby yet it went quick, the food was stocked and hot and the bartenders were friendly and efficient. They opened the banquet room for extra seating as well. The room was great and clean. The breakfast in the morning was also good and hot. The breakfast staff was super friendly and made sure everyone was happy. 10/10 recommend and will be back.

Good location, nice rooms, clean facility, friendly helpful smiling staff, good food, and good prices. Price of room included dinner and breakfast, and adults also got 3 adult beverages. Pool and hot tub was nice also. Two very minor complaints.. the pancakes were cooked on a surface using vegetable oil for non stick rather than a butter based non stick and the pancakes had a bit of a vegetable oil flavor to them. One other issue was the wall to our room that bordered the hallway had some kind of repeating noise from something mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC which woke me up, but I was able to drown it out with a white noise app and slept fine after that.

Stayed here for two nights over Thanksgiving. Staff were friendly, and this hotel has great amenities like free breakfast and dinner. The food was 3 out of 5, but it's eatable. Free drinks with dinner! I had wine. The pool was cold because it's an indoor/outdoor pool, and it was snowing in MI at the time. The hot tub was great. The rooms were 4 out of 5. We had a Suite and it was very spacious. Having a living room and bedroom was nice. Beds were soft to me but that's just a personal preference. The bathroom is large. Tissues a little rough and my shower didn't have much of a shower pressure. Has body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in shower which I love. Overall, I will return as it's a good price for the space, location, and amenities.

My family and I have now visited this location more than a few times. Each visit, we had an enjoyable multiple night stay. The hotel staff is friendly and always willing to help. The food is outstanding 👌. Breakfast is a full buffet. Not to mention a complimentary dinner or as Drury Inn likes to call it happy hour. The pool is clean, and the hot tub is hot. My family and I not only highly recommend this place but will be a returning customer. Ps the view from our room rocked !!

The Drury has become our favorite place to stay when visiting the Grand Rapids area. The rooms are always spotless, and the staff consistently go above and beyond with their friendliness and helpfulness. One of the highlights is the complimentary breakfast buffet—it may be standard hotel fare, but it’s a convenient way to kick-start the day without having to spend extra on breakfast elsewhere. Another great feature is the evening reception, where they offer complimentary drinks and a light dinner—such a thoughtful touch that really enhances the experience. Our absolute favorite part of the hotel is the pool area. The indoor-outdoor pool is a lot of fun, and the spacious hot tub is perfect for relaxing. My only wish is that the pool area stayed open later and had an adults-only hour. They’ve recently added a bar/restaurant, which we didn’t have a chance to try on the last trip, but it’s a nice addition that we’ll definitely check out next time. In fact, we’ve already booked our next stay and can’t wait to return!
