Duck Creek RV Resort

It will be hard to stay anywhere else. Duck Creek is our new favorite camping spot. We were very impressed with the level of care and management buy all staff. The staff is amazing and very kind. The entire park is clean; bathrooms, showers, pools, grounds, campsites, lakes! Super safe and kid/pup friendly. The days are filled with fun in the sun and the nights are quiet, peaceful dark starry nights. On our last night my husband and I went for a night bike ride around midnight. At one turn in the park I felt like I was riding my bike right into the big dipper. It was magical.

This is a very nice park, but with that being said, I WILL never stay here again. The prices are outrageous! We stayed for 4 nights, Labor Day weekend for $600.00 which was against my better judgment, but camping with friends who choose this park. When checking in they didn’t give many verbal instructions. Was told to follow the guy in the golf cart and got yelled at by the guy in the booth by the gate. Upon hooking up I sat down and read the park rules, absolutely NO where did it tell me that we had to wear these bands that we were given. I figured the band was for the water park at the resort. I had my in my pocket, my husband had his on and our daughter didn’t have hers at all. My husband took 2 grandkids down to the bounce thing, so we walked down to get the girls, and was asked about our bands, very rudely, we said we had them at the trailer while walking. Got to the bouncer and a guy rides up on a golf cart and said to our daughter, what is your site number so he can drive her there to get her band, extremely rude. I gave her my band and went back to the site. We went to the registration desk and they basically said that we didn’t listen to their rules when told because they always tell everyone the rules, except if they are busy. These are the worst kind of people working at a place that we should be able to have fun at. Don’t go here!!!!!

Great campground! Clean, friendly staff, tons for the kids to do! Safe! Safety is a big concern especially now a days . We loved that duck creek is a private , secure location! It was easier to let the kids have freedom to ride bikes and play, knowing random non campers weren’t coming and going! The attentive nature of all the staff and workers was perfection from day one to our last day! The kids love the water slides and pool! The cabana was equipped with a fridge and multiple chairs made it a great spot to get out of the sun here n there. Food from the little grill by the pool was fresh, hot and delicious. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

I don't think they know what season it is, other than that, it was mostly enjoyable. We just found out about this place and immediately booked a cabin with what limited availability they had left. That's fine, I get it, they're busy. But it's mid August and everything has limited hours. Despite still being summer and not even Labor Day, the restaurant is even closed. We have a little car and packed necessities for sleeping and hygiene, we figured we'd spend money here on food. But alas, there is no food. Really disappointed. This should be emailed or communicated instead of having a bunch of hungry kids only to realize we now have to get out of our swim gear and go somewhere. And we don't even know what's around here. The kids that run the water park have been great to deal with. But I'm very disappointed in the lack of hours of the ammenties they brag about, and no food options.

We have been wanting to go to this campground for a while. We booked a buddy site several months ago. Just recently, I started reading the reviews and started to get nervous as they were not that good. Let me tell you, there is not one thing I was not happy with! This place was one of the best campgrounds we have stayed at. We did a long weekend and it was amazing! The staff were great, everything was clean, there are so many activities for the kids to do, and just a great set up! We will definitely be back and will be telling others to go! Yes, it may be a little pricey compared to most but you get what you pay for!!!!
