My absolute favorite Dunes of all time. I just love this place. That I'd when it's not being overrun by rude illegals with No respect for other riders any of the rules children playing or just other campers in general. Blasting their music all night till 4 a.m. with no regard for everyone else out there. This has only happened one time in the ten years I've been going! It was so bad that we almost decided not to come back. But I'm glad we did cause it's gone back to normal, and I'm so glad it did cause I love this place...
Someone burned this pole down a year ago. Some amazing citizens brought in a new pole and added an epic seesaw! Thank you, fellow Duners. Amazing memorial for many people on the pole. Definitely check it out during your time at the dunes. You can dune there or take the flats in a truck!
Fun stop for a beverage in the sand dunes
Many people have posted stickers, a tire, a mailbox, and multiple other memorabilia. Small children have put letters to "Sandy Claus" into the mailbox. Another place to go at Dumont Dunes
