We had a weekend get together with the family to celebrate one of my grandchildren’s birthday. The state park it is on Lake Chapman also known as Lake Cooper. We are staying at the south Sulphur unit. This is where our family chose together at Eagle point. We rented the shelter for the weekend. It was extremely affordable, clean with electricity. The scene was beautiful. It was peaceful and quiet. They spread out just enough that you don’t hear the other parties they’re staying in the area. You know there’s no loud noises there’s no radio. There’s no screaming and crying. I’m sure everyone’s having a good time it’s just not interfering with your good time check-in was extremely easy and hassle,Free 4 1/2 miles there’s a Dollar General and a convenience store. We didn’t want for anything. Anything we needed was found there. I suggest you bring your family down to this wonderful place and experience the state of Texas has to offer
quiet, clean and perfect.
The shelters were very well kept and clean, and the park Ranger in charge of this area was very friendly.
Really nice. Highly recommend
