We stayed short term, tucked in the corner of the car lot. We really enjoyed our time. And tho we were sceptical about where we were pulling in we really enjoyed it. The actual park is full of permanent living RVs. But the community was kind to us. The office was kind and very helpful at all times. The price was decent. If we have to be in the area again we would probably come back.
One of the best long term campgrounds we've stayed in, and we've stayed in a lot! This is mostly for long term stays, but we have seen 1 or 2 that only stayed a few nights. It's a neighborhood with some folks who have been here for years & retired here. There's no typical campground amenities such as pool, playground, or laundry; it's just not that type of place. Very quiet & safe. Plenty of trees and the sites are level. There are occasional freight trains that go by just across the road, and as it's just off the highway some traffic noises but mostly in the day. Reasonable rates and good management.
Looks like a nice place but some folks feel rent is to high.
Great family place to stay
Great campground.
