My favorite. We come here every year, a few times! It’s beautiful and peaceful. The restaurant is great, the general store is so convenient to have. We do tent camping here, haven’t tried the cabins but we plan to at some point! Angela was so great, addressing questions I had about another upcoming trip, I was trying to work out some logistics and she was super helpful! I just love east lake resort for every reason!
Very enjoyable and relaxing place to stay. The cabins are nice but rustic. Each cabin is unique and well supplied. I found the pricing to be reasonable. Full kitchens in the units. The restaurant is really good. Food and service. There were lots of moths in the cabin the first night but they seem to go away after that. Just keep it in mind. The lake is beautiful with plenty to do there.
What an incredibly peaceful and gorgeous getaway! The owners and staff are super helpful and kind, always going out of their way to make sure every guest feels welcome. The food at the Blue Duck Grill is high quality and the store has a little bit of everything. The location is really magical, highly recommend checking this place out and taking a boat out on the lake too! Sunsets are unmatched ✨️
It is always a pleasure to visit the east lake resort. Some of my earliest memories as a child were created here, as well as Paulina lake. The landscape is unforgettable, the wildlife is always abundant, and the absolute serenity of this high mountain lake is remarkable. What will never be surpassed though, is the care and effort the east lake crew put into this experience. Do yourself a favor and get the hell out of town and explore this rustic yet inviting slice of the somewhat tamed wilderness. Thank you for the memories, they are cherished.
I did not stay at the resort but merely patronized. The restaurant. Food was good and service was good and prices were reasonable. The location is unbeatable!
