Campground is nice, the people in charge of it, the camp host , were VERY RUDE, AND NASTY ATTITUDE. The lady said someone with a white truck like mine stiffed her on a nightsstay fee. After I paid, she then said I had to leave after 2 days, because of that!! I did nothing wrong, and asked her why, that I have only owned my 2002 for 3 months, wasn't me your thinking of...then her husband was yell8ng threats at me, and said that if I was not out in 2 days by noon, he would call the cops, have me arrested, and my motorhome towed...all of this because I had a white truck.... the camp hosts should be fired in my opinion, but they are big sponsors for the fair grounds......unbelievable they have any repeat business at all
We enjoy walking around and looking at the 4-H exhibits and the animals. Ate some fair food, we are too old for the rides.
In the camping area during this time, there is a few catapiliars that like to visit. But if you are covered you should be fine
Went to the waterfalls, an amazing place to go. Highly recommend.
Campground on site makes it much better
