We are Choice Privilege customers and have been for many years. We chose the type of motels/hotels for their comfort and convenience, but we were very disappointed in this motel. The room smelled very musky and of mildew. The gold duvet covers were nasty and smelled. I pushed it to the foot of the bed. The curtains were dry rotted and smelled of mildew. They had little tears all through them, and it was easy to tell they needed to be updated. Our room had not been swept before our arrival. The floor had dirt all over it, and the bathroom was the same. There were dirt and long dark hairs all over the bathroom floor. The sink countertop had something on it. We never figured out exactly what it was, but I ended up cleaning it before putting our toiletries there. As my husband went to get a kleenex from the holder, he said it had blood all over it. I thought he was joking until he grabbed a Clorox wipe and used it on the Kleenex holder. There was blood, all over it. The clothes rack was rusted. We had to put toilet paper over the hangers so the rust wouldn't get on our light colored clothing. I'm genuinely not a complainer, but we won't be booking this motel again.

This is a great room for the price! The location is convenient and central to many attractions and food choices. Check in was easy and quick, staff was friendly. The room was clean, bathroom fixtures could use updating but everything was functional and clean. We had a double queen and one was firm and the other was soft, it was nice to have options. The AC/Heater works but is old and does not work on a thermostat which is a little disappointing. My only complaints were the bed linens, they were cheap, scratchy, and there was no actual blanket only the thin cover thing and the curtains are only sheer curtains so they don't block out light. Breakfast was simple, cereal, muffins, toast, oatmeal, and fruit. Juice and coffee for drinks. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights the day after Christmas. I woke up to my horror with bites all over me. *see pic of hand & leg* I go to my doctor once home and find out I picked up scabies while staying at this hotel. Yes!!! Scabies!!! Avoid this hotel!!! Our ceiling also had black mold I. The corner. Needless to say I won’t be staying here ever again!!! This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed!! Hotel Manager, Bridget,, you will find the room was booked under my husband’s name (R. Hardy) and we stayed there 12/26-12/28 and I want a refund!!!!

As soon as you open the door you're hit with cigarette smoke smell. It was awful. Didn't have king room available so we asked for a queen they gave us a room with two standard size beds. There were cigarette burns in the furniture. The toilet had a huge crack in the bowl. I don't like motels with tile floors because you can't walk around without your feet being dirty and this was one of those rooms. The Continental breakfast was not that great either.

This place sucks! They put us in a room between a bunch of long term tenants! Should have known it would be terrible when they need to rent long term room. As a diamond Choice member, we deserved better! Somebody should clean behind the nightstands...what a pig sty. Long term tenants came home at 4am from a binge and woke everyone up...then talked loudly and laughed for an hour. Your property just sucks.
