Econo Lodge Glens Falls / Lake George

NYC to Northern QC vehicle broke down. Rooms are very clean, place is quiet, and very affordable, there is nothing wrong with this place. I can't quite comment on Service as I didn't need anything, but the desk was very good to advice of restaurants near by and other services. I hope to never stay again, as I hope my vehicle never breaks down again like this, but if it happens to you, I highly recommend this place if you're looking to just have a warm clean bed at a decent price.

I was not able to get a room at the Econolodge in glens Falls by the aviation mall because I had an address that was close to the hotel now I am a manager of a hotel which is a five star hotel, not an Econo Lodge, but yet I was turned down to leave the property because they’ve had kids coming and smoke pot and set the fire detectors off when I was paying with my credit card The older gentleman that works here his name is Mark said I was not able to get a room, even though when I explain to him where I worked and who I was, he told me that he took a not rent me a room. I don’t know why you would have a hotel open if you were denying people from coming to stay a night or two I hope this place closes soon and I will continue to push further

I enjoyed my stay very much at this location. I can tell you the service was exceptional with Sharon, Jim, and Sean. I misjudged my arriving time and I called around noon and Sharon remember me from having made the reservation today before and told me to come on in. The location is in the heart of everything. You will not hurt for finding restaurants on gas stations and a huge amount of shopping. I want to say something about some of the other reviews on here. I travel a lot. An awful lot. I sometimes stay in very expensive places and other times very economical. One could say that this location is a budget hotel. Therefore many of the people that stay here are probably not and the upper echelon of the economic ladder. So when you spend money that you are not comfortable with in the first place you create little scenarios so you can try to get a refund. I have read things in these reviews that I flat out do not believe. To show you that I am not going to pretend that this place was perfect I will tell you that the carpet on the stairs is not in the best shape. Nor is it bad. when people complain about carpet in a hotel I always wonder what the carpet looks like on their homes. Have you ever had thousands of people within a 12-month period walk on your carpet in your homes? Would it not be warm? Is a hotel supposed to replace the carpet every year? And if they did wouldn't the same people complain that the place was being remodeled while we were there. Some people cannot be happy because they are not happy with themselves. I assure you the hospitality here is unmatched. Some of the decor may be outdated. But when you travel how long are you actually in the hotel room? Get out and see the city that you came for. And to the staff who worked hard during the holiday season I thank you.

The room was very clean was comfortable. The staff at the front desk when we arrived was very informative and helpful. Friendly service. Location and price were great! The only thing is the quality of breakfast. Just muffins and some juice and coffee. Muffins were not something I wanted to touch. They did have a waffle maker that you often see at continental breakfast at hotels like this. But you should have a pretty low expectation for breakfast selections here. Otherwise, it was quiet at night and was a good place for an overnight stay.

I found bed bugs on both beds and I brought a small cup of these little bugs I scooped off the bed and brought it out to the worker and they told me they weren't bed bugs and proced to tell me there was nothing there.
