Econo Lodge Inn & Suites

I recommend staying there.they had the best customer service I got towels anytime I needed. All employees were super nice and the rooms were pretty good. The beds were comfy and had a few layers so I can feel comfy. They had food and water in the lobby which was amazing so then we didn’t have to go out to get food.

I booked through price line. On the website it's stated they have a hot tub they do not. At first they tried to give me a room on the second floor with no elevator. They managed to give me a different room. I was. Told that the hot tub was taken out.And when you go to the pool area you can see where it was , it is no longer there. I called price lying to get a refund.The hotel refused. Stayed the first night woke up in the middle of the night.Having an Asthma attack and not being able to breathe because there's mold in the room. I have some severe Congestion and can't stop coughing as well.As my grandson is sneezing. Priceline is going to work with them again to get a refund but i'm checking out immediately and going to the best western. I called them.They found me a room immediately. I wouldn't stay in this hotel for anything.What they advertise they have.They don't and the rooms are not up to par.

Did not want to be in the center of a big tourist city. This place was great for that. I was put at the very back of the hotel because I had a dog, but it was not too far from an entrance so it worked out great. The pool was fantastic! But, I was there off-season so it might be challenging if there are lots of kids ( as so many parents do not care about their children’s behavior; the USA has horrible parenting when it comes to respecting other people; great display of general ignorance, poor education and lack of consideration. Sometimes it is just better to get a decent motel where there will be less kids)! Very sad but true!

Room is a bit old but clean. The room spray is a bit too strong at first. Good price for a stay. They charge a service fee when booking from 3rd party

So let me start with the fact that there’s mold next to the air conditioner. It looks like they’ve tried to paint over numerous times and it just keeps coming back. The bathrooms are nasty, but you know beyond that I lived there for about a month. After I had lived there for a while with my four-year-old he determined he wanted a $50 deposit on top of the room fee and this is after I have been there for weeks and had never had to pay a deposit. No other guests have had to pay a deposit, he just wanted itfrom us. Incredibly unprofessional staff, incredibly rude, I have lived in many hotels at this point in this is not one I would ever come back to. I ended up leaving after I made a reservation because he wanted that $50 deposit and he refused to refund me for the reservation, even though he said I couldn’t check in without the deposit. So instead of just letting me leave, he needed to take my money on top of that. The entire month I was there every time I asked for room service I was told they would come, and I only ever saw a room service clean our room one time and every other time I did it myself. None of them speak English, and none of them are willing to help you. I would never stay here again, and I would never want anyone else to.
