place overall is not bad for what you pay. for an old hotel, it was pretty clean. beds are comfortable, but pillows suck. heat sucks, my 2 kids & I froze all night long. bathrooms could be bigger, would be very hard to fit a heavier set person in there. overall not bad, but wouldn’t recommend when it’s cold.
Absolutely nasty room! Was not cleaned at all. Couldn't use microwave, shower wasn't cleaned, urine around toilet. Had my pet over night while my bf went to work. A total of 9 hours. Informed I owed $70 for a 3 day stay for the pet being there. Proof of when dog came and when he left. Noticed my computer was left behind in the room, called to speak to the desk, was told I owe $70. Today was informed the daily payment is $27 per day, I paid $40 for the time my dog was there. I have the receipt from payment as well as charge on my card. The so called manager stated they have no record of the payment. Will be collecting my computer with state police, as well as filing civil suit against hotel.
I absolutely love this hotel. I have been here for just over a year straight. The hotel manager Sam goes above and beyond what any other managers do at other hotels. Great location, plenty of parking, and staff was very nice as well. Only minor scuff is housekeeper staff and maintenance don't speak English so a bit hard to communicate. But front desk is always available to help me get things I need. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody. Haven't had issues with bedbugs or anything really inside room except a few non harmful bugs from time to time but it's an old hotel so it's expected. If I could give more than five stars I would 😊
Lots of drug activity going on in these hotel rooms and then there people banging on the doors all hours of the night. I had to leave early because I was scared to stay there alone and they wouldn't even refund my husband after I told the guys I was scared to stay there because it was dangerous. You definitely don't want to stay at this hotel especially if you have kids.
I stayed here several different times over the past 7 months. The good: It's one of the least expensive motels in the area. I've stayed in several different rooms with one king bed and two different Jacuzzi suites. The rooms are pretty clean for the price. The beds are fairly comfortable. There is a fridge and microwave in each room. The rooms have wood flooring. The bad: there is no coffee pot in the room (coffee is served in the lobby); there were people talking loudly until around 2ish am at the pool area once; on another occasion (when I booked an exterior room to avoid the 2am pool noise) there was a woman screaming outside at midnight; if you're a gold member and request early check in or late check out you may or may not get it (both times I requested late check out, someone knocked on my door at 11am and told me it was check out time and once when I requested early check in, the room wasn't ready). Overall, it's an ok place to stay for the $$.
