**Hotel Stay Review: A Disappointing Experience** I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of our room. Upon entering, it was immediately evident that the carpet had not been vacuumed; it was grimy and unkempt. The bed was poorly made, and unfortunately, the sheets were not only covered in dog hair but also had fresh red blood spots, which was quite alarming. After reporting the issue and requesting fresh bedding, I received a replacement duvet that was equally unacceptable, featuring old brown blood spots and torn corners spilling stuffing everywhere. The bathroom was equally concerning. The toilet was visibly dirty, and there was black mold seeping through the paint, raising serious health concerns. When we brought these issues to the front desk, we were met with a lack of empathy. Instead of offering assistance or solutions, the staff simply apologized and sent us on our way. I strongly recommend spending a little extra to stay somewhere cleaner and more hygienic. Nobody should have to worry about bed bugs or health hazards like mold during their stay.

Hotel is old, run down. Only patch work repairs done. Bathroom was dirty. Sheets and bed clean, so works if you just need sleep. Room had major electrical issues, I assume hotel knows about as everything was unplugged. Had to unplug fridge to plug microwave in as only bottom outlet worked. Bed pushed so close to outlet lamp turned off when bed moved... but if you moved bed away from wall the plug would not stay in outlet. Breakfast options included coffee and bagels. Considering the price is comparable to other 4 star hotels, I would not recommend.

Disgusting dirty room. Will never stay here again. Still waiting for my security deposit back. I will be writing numerous reviews on this haunted hotel. I would have been better off staying at the Overlook Hotel from the movie "The Shining".

Overall my experience at this hotel was ok. Hotel needs renovation, but staff was friendly, view from the balcony on the river was nice. Place is quiet and everything in the room was working fine and no bad bugs.

Good location and employees are super nice. Rooms need some updating, but it is what it is.
