It's pretty close to Gatlinburg if you're visiting with decent prices, the room was fairly clean. However there was a constant stink of weed outside the room, breakfast wasn't a thing, and there were a couple cockroaches roaming the bed at night.
Stayed here last night, checked in about 10pm, after getting into my room, I decided that I was going to take a shower and there was no water. So I called the front desk and the person at the front desk said that there wasn’t anything he could do after asking for my money back, then he gives me some bs about he’s not the manager. so I ended up staying because I wanted to talk to the manager or owner. But when I went to the front desk the next morning, now all of a sudden the manager or owner out of the Country. Oh yeah I also had to put the blankets over the door because you couldn’t outside.
They had hot water. That's better than the other cheap places in town. Rooms were tiny, severe cockroach infestation, but the most comfortable bed in last 4 weeks in this town. The staff were the friendliest and accommodating yet. Love the people, hated the place.
Got snowed in at work and the company got a few of us rooms to stay in for the night. I'd read the previous reviews and got kinda nervous about where I'd be staying. Honestly tho, I must have gotten one of the "good" rooms. Mine was fairly clean, no noticeable problems, the bed was clean and comfy, the bathroom was also clean. It's not the Hilton, it's a place to wash up and sleep for the night. I can't complain about that.
This is by far the worst place we’ve ever stayed. I knew it wouldn’t be a “nice” place but everything was booked and we had no other choice. I’d rather have slept in my truck! It smelled like cigarettes really bad, but it was a non smoking room. There were holes in the walls, the deadbolt on door wouldn’t work, bed and pillows were awful, there was a big gap between the door and the floor. The handle came completely off the tub faucet, and I had to take a freezing shower!!! Worst place ever!! Do not waste your money! I am disgusted!
