Room was very clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed and had a quiet night. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, it was easy to get to places from their location. I will certainly stay there again.
Not had any negatives worth mentioning, Staff is awesome and friendly. Very clean rooms and you usually never have to as for extra towels or linens! This hotel is well worth the stay, quality is above the value in price! I would recommend to anybody. Hotels pool closes on off season, they do have coffee but no breakfast. Tons of places to grab breakfast nearby.
I did not expect the hotel to be as clean and nice as it was, for the price they were asking for the rooms. I was very, very pleased. Everything is updated and well-appointed. Even the parking lot is spotless. That's something you don't always see at a motel.
Customer service was awesome. The person at the front desk let us check in early. He was very nice and friendly. Check out was easy. It's right on the Parkway, so there was lots of traffic. The room was nice and comfortable. We basically only used it to sleep. Even with the traffic, it was quiet at night.
The room was dirty. There was blood splattered on the wall and door of the bathroom. The outlet by the sink didn’t work so if you need to do your hair good luck. The lighting sucks there’s no over head light just a lamp in the corner. And only 1 light on the bed frame worked. We waited forever to get any services checking in and out.
