Stayed here for a conference for 4 nights. Water and power hook up with a dump station. Bathroom with a single shower. You need the combination to enter the entry gate which you will get with your reservation. Great WI-FI. Unfortunately, you cannot walk from the RV park to the fairgrounds. They are at opposite ends of the fairgrounds with many locked gates in between.
This place was a pleasant surprise! Although there is no sewer hookup (city won't allow), the restrooms are always clean. There is a dump station on site. My favorite thing about this place is how quiet it is at night. Not a sound. You are right next to the El Dorado trail, this is a beautiful city trail that goes for miles in both directions. We've used it multiple times. Definitely made us happy for the $55 a night price. Put us right in between Lake Tahoe and Sacramento. We enjoyed watching the races on Saturday night, another pleasant surprise with this RV Park.
We stayed here for a few days while my husband was working in the area. The bathrooms/showers were nice and clean.. They do not have septic so that was pretty inconvenient and it was pretty expensive for only having water/electricity. and the spaces are very small! When we first got here (after booking online) we almost thought there were not any spots because it was so small and some people were parked right in the middle of two spots. but we managed to squeeze in between two campers. If you are just looking for somewhere to stay for a few days though, it does the job.
This park has all the amenities you need. However in the summer it’s brutal because there is no shade.
No sewer hook ups and the gate doesn't always work. It is a good place to stay if you are attending events at the fairgrounds.
