What a hidden jem. This spot is great... Very clean, wounderfull beach, quite... We absolutely love it here. The manager Frankie is very accommodating , friendly..you have to see this place . Oh. The reviews that talk about its not being friendly and family is NOT TRUE. Kids can ride bikes, play volleyball, fish , swim on the beach. There's plenty of clean bathrooms. It is a great family place. Dog on leash welcome.
We just spent our second long weekend here, it was awesome! Great staff, beautiful lake setting, beach area for swimming, and covered boat slips. The duplex we rented was clean and cozy. We will definitely be back. A big thanks to Frankie for being so helpful.
Beautiful place to be at and been there a long time. We had great people and the kids have had a blast even helped the manager there try to keep everything beautiful and friendly without any amenities!!! We didnt have ice gas nothing and still helped and stayed doing all we could! No respect and terrible attitude! We left dont advise to go until under new management.
For years this campground was a family friendly place that was loved by all. But now that the new owners from Atlanta have taken over, this place sucks. There are currently 6 campers for sale. Kids cant ride bikes but there is a beach. The bathrooms are dirty or the septic is clogged. They complain if you use the bath house. This is not a kid or family friendly campground. And several people have gotten kicked out for having friends and family coming down. So if you dont have friends, kids, pets, bikes, family and enjoy walking on eggshells this is the place for you.....
Love this place! Frankie is awesome and very accommodating. Very well maintained and super clean!
