Location is right off the highway. Even so, we hardly heard traffic noises & slept easily. We opted for a full hookup pull through spot as an overnight. Check in was great. We were after hours so we used self check in. Drove straight to our spot hooked up & were set for the night. I liked being able to leave by 7:00am. Bathroom & shower facilities were great & there was plenty of hot water. We would definitely stay again.

We had reservations at one of your KOAs in Elk City/ Clinton KOA journey on November 22nd, 2024. We had a pretty terrible time as our electrical box did not work. We were told to find another one, and half of them also did not work. We did end up finding a spot 30 minutes later, but the 20 amp receptacle was broken. With that being said, we did not want to come back to this KOA as staff did not seem to want to help with the first visit. My husband called to get a refund and to cancel, and we were told there was nothing they could do which is extremely disappointing. We have been traveling in and out of service with trying to get in touch with them. I called and basically they said they did 10% off, but this is the first time we heard of this and to be honest 10% off for problems the first time we were there and not even staying their the way back is pretty weak. I hope they can figure out their refund policy and make sure they take better care of their visitors.

Very tight spots for a 42 foot 5th wheel and a truck. Lots of low trees, but you can make it work. Nice employees and great burgers. Electric and water worked well. Ok for a night’s stop.

The place was very clean, as was the bathrooms and showers. Everybody I met and had interactions with was very nice and accommodating, the water was a good ways from the campground, which some might see as a positive and others will see as a negative. We had a good time overall!

We stayed for one night on our cross country trip. It was very hot, so we took a shaded tent site in the 30s. We quickly found out there were tons of ant hills and had a hard time finding a spot for our tent. Not to mention, as soon as we laid down a blanket for the dogs, they were battling these ants, who completely swarmed their food bowl as soon as we put it down. We left with some weird bug bites all over. This row of sites should not be for tent campers who are going to be sleeping on the ground. We had to brush the inside and outside of our gear prior to packing up. Apart from the ant problem, it was a nice stay for the price. The bathrooms were clean, showers were hot, and having a pool/dog park was really nice.
