I give it 4 stars. Actually 5 stars if this has unit limit of 5. Currently 10 units minimum, but to enjoy this group campground with family or friends, it needs to reduce the unit limit. (then this will be super hard to book) Site itself is 5 stars, huge area, private playground, big enough fire fits, shelter and parking space (well, parking is not enough for over 10 units).
Great campsites and the walk along the river is really nice
Beautiful campground for group. Firewood, water, shelter, washroom is provided. Playground zone is available for kids.
Great experience. Well kept. We had about 9-10 campers and 3 tents and still had plenty of space left. The big fire pits are awesome and what’s even better is that it comes with wood to burn while there and you can also purchase more from the store near by if necessary. There is a little building that has a wood burning fire place and a picnic table and more space for woot. There was plenty of picnic tables for everyone. The playground is amazing if you have children. The day time use area down the road, bit of a walk so you can drive to it if you wish and has access to the bow River. It’s no beach but you can still dip in it if you wish. There’s also a little trail to the other springs before that you can also do. About 1 1/2 hr it said to complete. I can’t wait to come back to this spot again. Incredible spot for group camping. You don’t have any one close to you which is sweet
Beautiful place, just one hour drive from Calgary. Amazing view of the Rockies. Lots of activities in the area, from hiking to bike trails and many more.
