I've been coming here Memorial weekend for the last 3 years and been coming here for the last 5 years all together. I enjoy coming here with my nephew it's quite peaceful and just all-around great time camping and floating! The staff here are always so helpful and they remember us each year and know which camp site we like! This last year was so different we rode out and bad storm and when we had to shelter in the truck the storm destroyed my tent and we only after I found out I had friends and family that got hit from the tornados from that nite we left to go help them and I was cutting up trees for the next 2 weeks and after all that I looked in my email and Elk River Campground gave me a credit for a day I didn't get to use and was so Happy that something good came from that nite! Can't wait till we go back and make more memories here! Thank you to all the staff and see you soon!
