Avoid at all costs.. we stayed there for a night, my partner called prior and were told she’d receive a link to pay. Get there and none of the second row hookups worked, all good, we moved, but did not receive a link to pay at all the night we stayed, we filled out a receipt and went to bed. The next morning we see the maintenance guy who we spoke to the night before around our camper on the phone. A few minutes later we hear a man yelling to us outside our camper. I walk out to 3 cops and 3 cop cars around our setup. Quite startled I spoke with them, came to find out instead of just sending the link to us to pay they decided to call me, but mixed up a 4 and 9 in my number and reached someone else, who told them to F off, which who wouldn’t? If you got a call from a random number asking for payment for a camp site you’d probably do the same. So they called the cops for that. 1. This was scummy because the guy who called the cops we got along with the night before just fine, and did he not recognize it wasn’t my voice, or the fact that he could have come to talk to us. We literally asked if we could stay a bit longer to finish work that day and would be happy to pay extra when we get the link to pay. You couldn’t come talk to us to get this addressed but called us outside our camper? If the person on the other line was yelling at you and you thought it was us don’t you think you’d hear us since you were literally 10 feet from our camper? Mind blowing 2. We have dogs, had I not reacted calmly who knows what could have happened, my dogs were frightened and barking, this all could have been avoided if the owner had done what they said they would do and send us the link to pay. 5 minutes after talking to the cops I received the link to pay. What a joke… most of the campers in the site are run down and decrepit. Ratchet park

It's a no thrills park but all the rv parks in elk city are no trills. The owner is very friendly. Place is big. This is the second time we stayed there. Price is good. Bathroom and showers super clean. Close to freeway and walmart. Good for one night or longer stay. Give the owner a chance she is pretty new at this but really working hard to make it great.

Owner (Deneen) is the definition of accommodating and hospitable. Bathrooms and showers are super clean. Plenty of washers and dryers available. Great location with immediate access to Historic Rt. 66, I-40, and state highway 34. I highly recommend this park to anyone who is looking for an easy in-and-out or a long-term stay.
