Ellie Ray's RV Resort

We booked a 6 hour pontoon boat rental from Ellie's and had a GREAT time! It fit 4 adults and 2 children comfortably and was spacious enough to still walk around, fish and hang out. We saw lots of turtles and fish, different birds. You can boat right into the springs which was beautiful. I cant recall his name but the gentleman that helped us get onto the boat and showed us how it worked was really friendly and was just overall a cool guy. The woman who helped us at the counter was extremely personable and was very kind. Their prices are more than affordable for what you get and we plan to book another rental from here in the future on our next vacation! Thanks for the great time!

Right on the River. I didn’t have the problematic experience other reviewers had. I only had 2 interactions. The lady who welcomed us was very nice and some dude complained about how I was parked before I launched on the river. Literally no other vehicles or lines or anything. I guess the way I parked just bothered him lmao. Not the greatest campground but far NOT the worst. It really is just in need of some updating and repairs. The dock is pretty sketchy due to its condition. The bathhouse was a C maybe C plus. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves despite it being too cold for the fish to bite.

Awesome place for what it is. Any time you deal with the staff it is very pleasant. The ramp is a little shady and the pay system for the ramp is odd with no way to list your vehicle so bring your own envelope and pen. Great location and they have fuel for water vessels.

Great spot on the Santa Fe River. Everyone is so nice. A bit of southern hospitality here. New chef, chicken wings are amazing!

We had a group of us staying there for the weekend because of the location. The lady at the front desk was nice and kept the check-in process quick and easy. The sites we rented were not very big at all however, we did not mind since it was a group of us. When I went to hook up the power to the camper there was a huge wasp nest in the way so I called the front desk and she had a worker come quickly and sprayed them. He apologized and was very nice. The picnic table was old and falling apart, the bathhouse was not that bad. It definitely could have been cleaner and maintained more but, overall was not that bad. I have stayed at state parks with worse bathrooms. The bathrooms outside of the pool were disgusting. The pool was the best thing about the campground however, it could use come tlc. The restaurant and lounge is old and outdated. The food and alcohol is way over priced for this run downed establishment. The band on Friday night was very good and we enjoyed the entertainment. Sat night the dj did not show up so that was disappointing that they did not have a backup. Overall its an old outdated campground that needs an owner that cares enough to invest and fix this place up. It served its purpose because of the location near the river. Also the dock is not in good shape and could use some major repairs.
