We stayed in campsite memorial weekend. They didn't have the grass cut. At least 7 or 8 inches tall. Trees in entrance to the site were very overgrown. Scratches to my camper . It was a quick 20 min drive to Gatlinburg or pigeon forge. Area beautiful. I prob won't be back the bugs to bad in grass that tall and made my shoes wet. My husband was even trying to find someone who worked there to ask if he could use the lawnmower to at least cut the grass at or site. It was about a 200 yard walk to the river through grass that high.
I did not stay here, but I did drive there, hoping to take a tour of their homes. There was nobody there to talk to, and I tried calling their number, and there was no answer. There's really not much of a view there, but they are very close to the river. I also think they are way too close to each other. There's no privacy, if they are all rented.
Beautiful place to stay. Lovely views. Loved the ground hogs play. Owners are awesome people. Would highly recommend to stay.
Great experience
