Elm Hill RV Resort

I cannot stop saying WOW about this RV Resort. Was on a multi-state RV trip with the family for the week of Thanksgiving. We’ve stayed at a few RV resorts but nothing like this before. First, the view is STUNNING! This is the best view from my RV I’ve ever encountered. The lot sizes are perfect, and the connections were properly spaced to ensure no wasted space. The facilities on site include laundry, washer/dryer, restroom/shower facilities. The grounds were professionally cleaned, and with nothing out of place nor overgrown. There appeared to be a boat ramp area, so if that’s something that you’re interested in please know that it’s available. This is a family oriented area with a playground, and games for the kiddos. Please consider staying at this RV resort, you will not be disappointed. Enjoy!

We really love this RV resort. It has such a fantastic location right on Percy Priest Lake and the resort is meticulously maintained. Sites are spacious and clean, and the resort has great amenities. And so quiet! We loved paddleboarding right from our site. There's a cute little marina restaurant just across the bay and you're only about 20 minutes from downtown Nashville.

We had a great time at Elm Hill RV Resort. Our check in process was smooth as we had prepaid for a Deluxe waterfront site. We did not choose a site prior to check in so it was assigned upon check in. We ended up in Site #8 which was at the end of the peninsula. Sites 8 & 9 are very close to one another, but we will had a very nice view of the lake from our site. Some of the sites are tight, but overall the park is beautiful and well-maintained. It was so nice to have a perfectly level spot! The fire pits are definitely very close to the RV, especially if you have slides. We didn't start a fire during our stay, so this wasn't an issue for us, but if you are big on building a fire you may want to scope out your site in advance to ensure you are not burning down your RV. The marina restaurant Shipwreck Cove was amazing. I cannot say enough good things about our bartender Jessica. She was attentive and the food/beverages were excellent. Additionally, La Hacienda, a Mexican restaurant close by was very good, highly recommend! The only other suggestion I would have for the park is to change the trash pick up time from 9AM each morning until closer to check out time. When people are breaking down to leave they often have additional trash as they are cleaning up to leave the park and it is not convenient to stop at the dumpsters on the way out. Overall amazing campground and we would definitely return!

Elm Hill Rv Resort is a 5 star resort, the campsites are awesome and very well designed to give you a lot of privacy. I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating especially when i showed up a day early and gave me a site. The restrooms are super clean and spacious. I highly recommend this campground ground, I will definitely state here again.

We loved it here and our toddler had a blast!! Cleanest showers we have been to in a while. Staff was awesome! Picked up our trash everyday. Close to a ramp if you plan to bring a watercraft and parking is included with your cost. They had a band every night by the pool area which was very nice. It's only 10 min from Opry Mills. The view was just amazing to wake up to in the morning. We will be returning!
