RV spaces are pretty close together, and most of the park residents are long term tenants. Mostly quiet, but if you are near the dirt road coming into the park, you will hear the Big trucks rumble by at 6 am. Cookies you get at check in are great! Lots of nice area to walk your dogs. Ladies in the office are very nice.
I didn't stay here. I live in Elma. The park location is great, right off hwy 12 and 8. Close to services, they have propane for sale. Park was a bit muddy, however, it had just snowed and rained, so it's to be expected. I'm giving 5 stars across the board due to the amazing customer service. We just got back from a long trip, it was late and after hours. We needed some assistance, and when I called, the owner/manager answered and helped us out. Saved us from a big inconvenience. Not only that, she met us at the site and had bags of homemade chocolate chip cookies for us. Simply amazing customer service. A very sweet lady. If you need a place to stop and lay your head on your way through, try Elma RV Park.
This is a Great rv park, the park has the kindest park managers/owners,the park is super clean and quiet. Great bathrooms for men and woman with clean showers and laundry facilities. They really want you to be happy and safe with them, there's no riff raff going on period. This is a Great place for long term stay or short. You can get propane on site also, and they bake the best cookies in ever had, no joke! We're very thankful.
Great place, my 1st time here, I knew as soon as I pulled in, I would like here. The office people are super nice. I was greeted with a bag of fresh baked cookies. Who does that? Everyone in the park is friendly, I had trouble with getting a clear picture on my TV. My cable was bad, Maintenance gave me another at no charge. I would definitely stay here again. First time we stayed at Elma RV. Never knew of the place before. Glad we stayed the night there in our RV. Transition stop as we head back home. Don’t normally like the RV parks with mostly long term stays like Elma RV. However, I could see it was a real community environment there. We felt welcome. The lady in the office (Ree) was awesome. From the time we called to make a ressie, to checking in, to departure the next day. A real treat. We’d stay there again.
