Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte Concord Golf Resort & Spa

Very good experience. The rooms are clean and spacious, these are actually suites, so two rooms. The service was courteous, professional and prompt. The Breakfasts were really good, so worth getting the rooms with breakfasts, as they had two omelette stations. Breakfast Coordinator Kristi needs a shout out, as she went over and above to help. We attended a conference and the food was excellent. Twice we had chicken, but it was not rubber chicken, moist and very tasty. The desserts were absolutely delicious. The service was excellent.

I love this hotel. Beautiful staff and hotel. Great breakfast and beautiful setting and decor. I’ve never had a problem here. If using the conference spaces, they are wonderful with great staff. Very helpful. But it’s large and expect to get your steps in.😂

I was here for a conference working and Archy helped me out. I had a great conversation with Archy as he told me about vacation packages. If you travel or go on vacations you should go speak to Archy. They have $350 special going on for 3 nights 4 day stays at certain hotspots. I think that’s a great value considering it’s a Hilton brand offer. That’s about an $88 special per night which is a great value. Also a nice place with decent breakfast and amazing hospitality workers. 10/10 recommended. Thanks again Archy for your help!!

It's a beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff overall. Nice breakfast selection and a free happy hour drink! A young girl asked me where I got the cinnamon roll at breakfast. Soon she found out there wasn't any left at the breakfast counter. Hotel staff Monica immediately went to the kitchen and found last two cinnamon rolls for the girl. The family of the young girl was very happy with the sweet gesture. The bartender Christina was very sweet too. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to this area in the future.

Absolutely shocked by the terrible condition of this Hilton property and the indifference of the staff. My room’s door was screwed together and held with duct tape, leaving it completely unsecured—a huge safety risk. I discovered this after unpacking and couldn’t leave for my event. Repeated calls to the front desk went unanswered for 30+ minutes. When I finally reached someone, they couldn’t have cared less. Maintenance showed up only to add more screws instead of fixing the issue. I asked why was this room even being used and the response was this room was in better condition than some of the others! The manager eventually switched my room but acted like 20,000 Hilton Honors points was a generous apology—it’s not even worth one night’s stay. My new room was also in terrible shape, with taped-up wallpaper and a patched tub. This was a 1-star experience at a 5-star price. As a loyal Hilton member, I am disgusted by the drop in quality and service. Avoid this property at all costs.
