Embassy Suites by Hilton Deerfield Beach Resort & Spa

We recently stayed at the Deerfield Beach Embassy Suites and had a mostly enjoyable experience. The hotel seems newly remodeled, with updated rooms and a refreshed lobby that gives it a modern feel. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to a beautiful public beach with chairs included in your stay, which is a great perk. The pool is large and has plenty of seating, though the hot tub was on the smaller side and often full. Breakfast was, as always with Embassy Suites, a highlight! The variety is excellent, with made-to-order omelets, bacon, sausage, and more. The evening happy hour with drinks and snacks is a nice touch, although we found the snack selection here a bit lighter than other Embassy locations we've visited. The only downside was the daytime construction noise, which made it challenging for our little ones to nap. If you're traveling with kids who need daytime rest, that could be something to consider. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel with a great location and some standout features. Once construction wraps up, it’ll likely be even better!

Good weekend stay! Rooms are quite large. I would recommend getting anything that faces the beach and not the city or "sunset view", there is no view. Breakfast is quite good and the pool is great. Good access to the beach and even tough you have to pay for extra beach services, it is worth it! The hotel itself is good, however it was under renovations while we were there, so lots of noise, lots of dust. They also seem to get a lot of events during the weekend, which makes the lobby and valet quite busy and breakfast almost impossible to get a table.

This is the worst managed Hilton property we have stayed in and we have been in ones in nearly every state. We have been here since 2/1 today is 2/12. One of two washers work and one of two dryers for the entire hotel are still not working. One of two elevators to garage is still out which is a significant hardship for older people with walking limitations. No one has thought to add more disability spaces near the one working elevator. Not much changed from last year when an elevator was out. When we booked there was no mention of construction but there is scaffolding outside our room and the sound of hammering as they work on the outside walls. The breakfast facility constantly runs out of one thing or another, including at times dishes and nobody seems to keep on top of things. There is typically a line of 15-20 people waiting for an omelet because there is only one cook. The breakfast food never changes - since last year. The new containers designed to keep food warm actually keep the bacon and potatoes soggy. There is just no excuse for a place that says it’s resort and spay. The best thing is the location so I guess they draw customers and nothing else matters. This will be our last visit here.

Rooms were very spacious with great amenities. There was hair in the bath and on the hand towels that were supposed to be clean. There was a leak under the sink and the tub was very slow to drain that I reported and they said they'd send someone up but no one ever came. I was there 5 days.

Rooms were spacious and felt very clean. Everyone at the hotel from bar to restaurants to front desk was super polite and helpful! Some minor construction going on out side by balcony during the week from 9 to 5. Free breakfast is nice and one less thing to worry about. Pool was heated and clean, lots of chair and comfortable chairs. Beach was beautiful my not really accessible on this trip. High tide and high waves. We went a few blocks down to a public beach with was a bit of pain but worth it. We also rented bikes for a nice ride along the beautiful beach side. Over hotel and location are great.
