I've booked TONS of rooms and event/meeting spaces with this hotel. They are always amazing to work with and offer great rates. The location is very convenient for our guests when in town. Nathan, Denis, Brandon and Jessica have always taken great care of us. Cannot recommend them enough! They are always very very responsive and attentive.
Nice, recently renovated Embassy Suites. The evening reception (with two free drinks per person) is always a nice touch. And the made-to-order breakfast is always the star of the show. The gym at this location was spacious and even had a few Peloton’s.
Rooms are nice, but if you have a problem, they provide bad service. We had issues with noise. There were kids playing music and running around in the hall way. Till 2 am. There was no correction , where was the security? We got hardly any sleep. I brought this to attention of the front desk. They were not helpful. Other then taking our parking off the bill. I ask for points but they refused. Very frustrating and was not a pleasant stay.
Average hotel. Quick check In and out with friendly staff. Breakfast was cold- warmers set on low maybe?except ordering an omelet, which was delicious. Lobby bar closed way before midnight. Rooms were nice however the beds were definitely old. You could feel the springs.
This Embassy Suites is a good hotel for families and large groups. There were several large groups staying when we were there, and the atrium area around the bar was a little noisy during the early evening. However, all was quiet at night. The location is convenient for exploring Marin and nearby wine country. The rooms felt modern and fresh, especially the bathrooms. We thought the beds were a little too firm and the rooms ran warm. We had to lower the thermostat to 65 degrees in order to be comfortable. I also thought it was odd that there were no free water bottles in the room, and that we had to go down to the lobby to request drinking water. The breakfast buffet was solid, if not spectacular, and is frankly much better than breakfasts at other chain hotels.
