Emberglow is a nice family oriented campground. This is my second time camping there and they have made some improvement. In my opinion these improvements were for the better. They have since added more camp sites and added a basketball court. I will definitely stay there again. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. They also do a great job of sending the weekend schedule for the activities provided.

Enjoyed our stay in the Bohemian Treehouse. Everything was easily accessible and clean. It is family oriented campground with everything from cabins to rv camp sites to primitive campsites. Unique find tucked away in the mountains. There are several hiking trails too. We would definitely visit again and love to stay in one of the pet friendly cabins so we can bring the dogs.

There’s something magical about this place. Emberglow isn’t just a getaway; it’s where memories are made. We found ourselves connecting, not just with nature, but with each other and even other families. We shared stories around the campfire, lots of laughter, and some family moments like making S’mores, that stay with you forever. It’s the kind of place that reminds you what family time is all about. We will definitely be back!

Emberglow is such a cool place to camp. We stayed in one of the treehouses and it was a great way to spend the week outside, while also having a place to stay cool and dry. Everything on the property was very clean and well-maintained. The bath house was the nicest I've seen at any campground. The only downside of our week was that it was a ghost town while we were there. You might want to consider booking over a weekend or a holiday if this isn't your preference. We stayed from a Monday to a Friday in August and our kids got a little bored when we weren't at the pool. I had thought there might be a movie night or bonfire while we were there, but things stayed very quiet. We had heard some reservations were cancelled due to rain in the forecast, however.

Had a great stay in one of the tiny homes this past weekend. The unit was very clean, well kept, comfortable, and stocked. They even had locally roasted coffee packs! All you need is your clothes and food. Everything else is ready to go! They even have a food truck that had great churros and pizza.

RV visit review- this property is great for folks with kids. Summertime lots of things to do and they do extra stuff like movie night, face painting etc on the weekends. The pool is beautiful and was clean when we visited. Everything is centrally located as well. Staff we spoke with were very nice. A few issues w the RV sites. They are mostly ground rock and dirt and they are not very level. I’m sure not all the spots are like this but we had 2 (friends came as well).. I would give 4.5 but that’s not an option!

We stayed long term while we were doing Helene clean up and this was one of the nicest, most accommodating campgrounds we have stayed at. Nanci was incredible and so helpful. All of the staff members were amazing and so sweet. The bath houses were always so clean and kept up even when the whole park was booked. The amenities are amazing and it’s an extremely family friendly and pet friendly environment. If we return to the area we will definitely be staying at emberglow every time!

This is a great place to come. We will come back and stay. They make it a point to provide a safe and fun environment. With trade a beer night to the BBQ bring a dish night with music provided .The owner and staff are very friendly and involved. My wife and I love it.it is also a no smoking camp ground. We don’t have kids but they provide fun things for kids to do. The pool area is clean. I could go on and on. Love the time we spent here.

We had a great time glamping at Emberglow. The pool is great and all the amenities make this a really nice place to spend time with family and friends. The local Ingles grocery store is really nice, so stock up with supplies, as the food options are limited right now at the camp (May 2025.) There's also wineries and restaurants nearby as well. Book it now, invite your friends, and have a relaxing weekend!

Can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. We’ve stayed a few times and each time we leave we are already booking our next trip back! The owners take such great care to make the place feel like family and they even did a group craft and scavenger hunt for the kiddos this time. Live music at night, playgrounds, basketball, volleyball, so much to do. We loved the yurt we stayed in this time and had so much fun just relaxing with friends by the fire. Invite your friends and book a weekend- you’ll be so glad you did!
