Good store for camping gear, like hoses and electric adapters. Nice young lady at desk. Big laundry room, $2.00 to wash, 75 cents to dry. Clean bathroom. Almost level dirt campsites. Full hookups. Gravel roads and some trees. Looks like many full time residents but plenty of pull through sites for those passing through. Close to the Interstate so some road noise. Also railroad nearby so some train horn noise. Windy.

We were completely taken aback by the conditions at this place. Our site was next to what looked like an operational whiskey still surrounded by stacked up trash and guarded by a large black unleashed dog. Dead grass, ant hills, trash, tarps covering rundown trailers sent us on our way. All of this nonsense came with the Good Sam seal of approval.

Pulled in late and tired in our truck camper. We found a pleasant note in the window and proceeded to find a space to get a good nights rest. We settled up in the morning and enjoyed a hot shower in the very clean facilities. Thank you!

I've been here for over a year ... The management is very helpful and attentive to not only your needs but those in the park also.

Seedy, slummy, & creepy. Worst campground experience we’ve ever had (after 6 years of RVing). Lotsa broken glass & long term tenants in dilapidated campers are allowed to junk up their sites. 3 dogs were roaming all over the campground, barking all hours. Our poor elderly dog requires a ramp to get into our camper, so I had to keep a eye out so that I could set it up & get her in before one of these unattended dogs came after her. Oh, and the 2 piece playground (see pic) should have been condemned back in the 60s! Hard to believe anyone giving this campground more than 2 stars & that Good Sam put their seal on it.
