I truly recommend this RV park for many reasons. They are organized, clean, the parking spots are not tight, they plant many trees in between the spots, giving more privacy. They have a great open space for dogs, and Karen the manager makes everything easier, being objective, communicative and efficient in her duties.

Nice family owned RV park with a great big field for dogs in the back. People get together and talk during sunset. Dumpster chronically full and fire ban in place, but other than that, it's been pretty nice there. Friendly and helpful staff, no shower or toilet but laundry!

The staff here are horrible. Bea, the GM for the owner's businesses, is extremely rude and decided recently after being a tenant for over 2 years here, that I no longer could stay here because I had someone looking over my RV while on a work assignment. Now, I have to figure out how to step away from work and move an RV to another location within 3 days or they're threatening to tow my RV. I've never missed a payment, never caused a problem and just lived here without issue since June of 2022. The staff have been clueless before and done a really poor job to where the owner had to call me and talk through things. Jim, if you're reading this, your GM is dropping the ball. I just wanted to pay my bills and come and go from my RV as I please and not have to worry about finding a new place to store my RV while 4 states away. Pathetic administration and zero interest in working with me to resolve any disagreements they said they had and instead simply leave a notice on my door saying I have to leave. This was because I have someone looking over my RV while I'm away and they felt it violates their T&Cs (which according to the park regulations, it does not). This is a special circumstance but this is the 3rd significant problem I've had with this RV park and it's governing staff and I'm not the only one that's had issues with them for insignificant situations. They'll threaten you if you leave a tied up garbage bag outside of your door for more than a few minutes and threaten to kick you out if you have an RV skirt that they don't like. It's been one threat after another and they always leave notices - they never talk to anyone directly and explain what their grievances are. If the administration of this RV park was better, it would be a place I recommend.

Nice park and positive experience with management. Airport noise is often but tolerable, nearby food plant does smell. Nice walking path around entire park plus big field. Rules were not a problem and easy to abide by, we took our kids and pet to the Strawberry Field Park less than 2 miles away. Plenty of shopping nearby and close to freeway. Pricing was exceptional compared to other parks in the surrounding areas. We stayed the max 3 week timeframe, if we were not continuous travelers this park would be worth the long-term.

This is home!!!!! This is a community! The people here are the most genuine people I have ever met. Karen, the manager here will go out of her way to help you and make you feel at home! She helped me move in under very difficult circumstances, helped me find an RV dealer and welcomed me with open arms. I had only rv’d in the summer and I moved during the coldest week of the year!!!!!! I couldn’t get my propane hooked up, but Karen and Ed helped me while I was at work! I had the wrong adaptor and Karen brought over and hooked up one of her personal propane tanks so I would be warm that night. When I say home and community I mean home and community!!!!! I’m so grateful to have found this place and to call it home!
