Wonderful place to stay! Two and three bedroom options. Great views out on to the ocean and sunset. Fun to see birds, fighter jets, helicopters flying by. Pleasant pool that is cleaned daily with gas grills that are also cleaned daily. Tennis/pickleball courts. Great, clean beach. Water is warm and usually clear with minimal seaweed and jelly fish. Easy to rent umbrellas, kayaks, stand up paddle boards from the beach service. And staff at Emerald Towers (Nader, Sonny) and the beach service (Steve) have been here for a long time and always pleasant and helpful.
We rented one of the studio rooms for a long weekend, and did NOT have a great experience. First let me start by saying, I have never stayed at a complex that does not allow umbrellas on the beach. The only way to get shade on the beach is if you paid an additional $30 a day to rent THEIR umbrella. The other issue we experienced was that our room did not have a properly functioning air conditioner. We woke up SWEATING each morning of our stay. After our room reached 85 degrees on the second day, management called the an a/c technician. However, this did not resolve the issue. After our third day of waking up dripping sweat, we decided to end our vacation early. We were still charged the full amount and little effort was made to make things right. VERY POOR customer service. I personally will not be staying at any Scenic Stay property again. ** I stand corrected, I was refunded $68 out of the $1000. And after 3 nights of basically no air conditioning, who would want to stay another night?
We got there late Wednesday night got in the room. We was on the 10th floor right in front of the elevator so the small bedroom with the 2 twin size beds in it witch was right in front of the elevator has no curtins up the lights from the elevator shined in the room like it was day light the light socket had no cover on it and the lamp plugged in it kept cutting on and off I had to unplug it. The freg was spray painted. The beds was horrible. As much money they get off these rooms there's no reason it should be like this I'll never spend another dollar on it they need to do some updates for sure. The floors was nasty our babies feet from walking and crawling was pure black. You can't take no umbrella of your own you had to pay for their chair and umbrella. They need to remodle it for sure. Not worth the money .
Cockroaches, broken lock on balcony sliding door, must pay for beach service it's not included. Not disclosed up front. Beach rules are ridiculous. Won't stay here ever again. $55 extra for late check out! 🤦🤦🤦. Staff on site were excellent. Other than the cockroaches it looked clean but come on. Thousands of dollars for a week rental and you gotta kill and remove cockroaches daily?
We are staying in #1403, and it is the most spacious, up to date condo we have ever seen. The amenities are boundless. The master bathroom has a large whirlpool tub. The toilet and bidet are in a separate enclosed room. There is also a huge double shower. There are 3 full bedrooms, all of which have their own bathroom adjacent to each room. Right off the living room is another bathroom for guests. The master bedroom has a balcony with 2 chairs and a table. Off of the living room is another balcony with 4 chairs and a table for the whole family to enjoy. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready with new state of the art appliances. There is a sunroom right off the living room, which has a table with chairs, a set of bunk beds, AND an independent ice machine! All this and so much more!!
