The only problem is getting out of the facility. It's on a busy highway. The place is amazing though. They have fun activities going all the time. They had cake and ice cream yesterday, the cake tasted amazing. McDonald's, fast food, and dollar general are next door for anything you forgot to grab from home. Very friendly community and the maintenance staff is on top of any problem within minutes. Can't say enough about the place. Will definitely be back. 🫡
Nothing good about this place, wifi sucks, pool was cold (was told it was heated!) the lot we were given was worse than camping in the woods, there were other nicer ones but staff said they were reserved, wow ok. Never again for me! Plus took on average 15-20 minutes to get out of the place on busy countyline road.
Our stay would not have been bad except the neighbors ruined it. We were placed on lot 208, wedged between some mobile homes. My thoughts are that the mobile homes don’t like having a camper in the middle of them. We got there and no one was friendly and waved, which was no big deal. The problem was when we brought our dog there the next day, we had her outside under the awning with a bowl of water in her kennel while we were making room for her in our camper. It was 70° out, was not hot and she was under the shade with water. They called animal control on us, this was after I saw like eight women on our lot looking at the dog. Animal control pretty much laughed and told us just to make sure she has water, the neighbor came out of the bushes that called, screaming in the middle of the road and caused a major scene. I had my one and a half-year-old outside with me so he was hearing all of the profanity she was using, she was calling my spouse a scumbag to me in front of my son. we were nothing but nice to these people. Other neighbors were in on it too because I noticed that we were catching glares and my spouse was hearing remarks from other ones. we had to bring our dog back to the dog sitter because the neighbor said she was going to keep finding reasons to call on us. We never did anything to this woman. It was a very uncomfortable stay the entire time, these women were glaring at us every time we walked out of the door. I had friends over that waved at them. They didn’t wave back. They just walked inside and stared at us through the window. I didn’t want to go outside the entire week We were here. I had called the office once about it and they sounded like they were going to take care of it, I recognize there’s only so much they can do about neighbors though especially if they’re not doing anything wrong in the rulebook. my suggestion to this company is don’t wedge campers between mobile homes. Also, our camper was sinking literally. We had put it on bricks, and the bricks were sinking into the ground. if none of that happened, this would’ve been a perfectly fine place. It still is, just don’t let them put you on 208.
I love it here. Nice place. Everyone is friendly. Clubhouse is very nice Great location
This place is a mess. Dirt lots, very little shade, which is great in January, but it's 87 out and the sun is intense enough in March to make it miserable. The pool is small, and the grounds look like they are not kept up regularly. For 1100 a month, I would keep looking. Of you are thousand trails, I bet you can do better....I would hope.
