Our family stayed here in our RV for a week in the fall. The bath house and laundry room were big and clean, there was a nice little playground, and (my kid’s favorite) a “prospectors” area - a big sand box to dog and discover cool stuff. We played paleontologist for hours. The manager was a delight - friendly and helpful - and made a mean cup of coffee!!! Yum!! Not only were we perfectly located for Bryce and Grand Staircase, but we only had to take 3 step outside to see an amazing sky full of stars. It was a great spot!
An absolutely lovely place to stay !! Beautiful views ! Most friendly and fun people in the office which included Debbie , the sweet rescue cat !! Very clean place ! And they go over and beyond w little extra touches like bath mats in the shower to make you feel comfortable !! Very welcoming and inviting ! A place I would love to stay again at
My wife and I brought our 2 boys (4 and 2) to do peek-a-boo and Spooky. Camp was close to town and and the hike. Site was super clean, showers and bathrooms cleaned daily as far I could tell. Some friends with similar age boys came and stayed in the site next to ours. It was a blast. The Sand pit and swing set they have were wonderful distraction for the boys while we cooked or talked. Really enjoyed ourselves. Great campsite.
We stayed in site 92 in the RV park. Sites are gravel, but ours was dead level, so helpful! Beautiful views, quiet, serene. One drawback was the dog run was full of stickers, goat head stickers, so no good for any dog. Dog run is too small for anything but toy breeds. There were stickers everywhere off of the gravel and dirt roads. The showers and laundromat on site are wonderful! Very clean and in good working order. Staff was friendly.
My wife and I stayed at the campground in our trailer. Huge camp spot with lots of room between us and our neighbors. Full hook ups with plenty of water pressure. Very, very, very clean restrooms and available showers. Even the laundry area was large with multiple machines. No RV, No Problem, there are many nice cabins spread across the campground. The staff was outstanding, very helpful and the nicest Innkeeper (Manager) Lynn was extremely helpful; making sure we got everything we needed. The Escalante's offer so much to see and do. Great food too; try the Pub..very dog friendly.
