Escalante Yurts (hotel near Bryce Canyon)

We stayed one night on our way through town as we hit all the NPs. We could have stayed longer! Amazing yurt options that are not your standard back country yurts! Comfy on a cold night in February. Built in bathroom, breakfast nook and entertainment area. Scott and Jan were great, they stayed up late to greet us as we got in later than expected. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great stay.

We have stayed here twice, both times in the two bedroom “Cottonwood” and thoroughly loved both stays. Despite the cold outside temperatures the yurt was nice and warm thanks to a large gas stove and 3 heat/ac units. It is very comfortably furnished and well equipped. Our bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for 4 people to shower. The owners provide a simple but very tasty breakfast every morning which was quite filling. Check-in and out was a breeze and the owners are very helpful in providing information about the area. I highly recommend Escalante Yurts to anyone who values something unique and memorable. The town itself is quite small and some restaurants were already closing for the season in early November so it would be wise to plan your meals ahead of time.

This is the place you must visit! And stay in style in a Yurt that makes you feel like you’re staying 5 star clamping. That of course if you like quit peaceful landscape around you, close to all the beautiful scenery of Utahs National Parks you and wonderful hosts to care for you. The beds are amazing. Bathroom well equipped and over all very clean and tidy. I defiantly recommend staying here. Wilhelm Vintilescu, Sweden, second time visiting. And I stayed for a week both times.

We still can’t believe that we were able to book such a gem of a place from the other side of the world (NZ). Stayed for a night with 4 teens and absolutely loved it. Could have stayed for a week. Have been in many cool accomodations all around the world but this was honestly perfect and so much fun with the kids. Also toasty warm in winter. Thanks so much. The Cedar Yurt was a great size for a big family :-)

The yurt was super comfortable and well appointed. Modern bathroom, hot water, thick comfortable bedding , sofa, tv, WiFi, kitchen, dining table, To say it’s in the middle of nowhere is an understatement, however that just added to the adventure. We loved the yurt and would def visit again!
